Andrew has owned Ching Contracting since 1994. 
 
Through his recognition of market opportunities and his practical drainage background Andrew has been able to build the company into a major player in the drainage and water reticulation industry. 
 
Andrew continues to operate in a contract management role and as Managing Director retains an overview of the company's operations.

Scott worked for a number of years for Fulton Hogan attaining to the position of Contracting Divisional Manager.  He has experience in managing a number of sizeable and complex civil engineering contracts.  In January 2005 he accepted the position of Production Manager at Ching Contracting Ltd.  Whilst also operating as a contract manager, Scott has the responsibility for ensuring the overall success  of our contract works.

Steffans background is in land surveying with seventeen years experience of surveying, land development and consulting in Nelson. 

 His role at Ching Contracting Ltd has developed to include the management of the companys finance, administration, and quality systems. 

 Additionally Steffan is responsible for maintaining the companys programme of staff training and ensuring compliance with our clients and statutory Health and Safety requirements

Tony started with Ching Contracting Ltd on 2002. He has some twelve years civil construction experience in drainage, water, surfacing and concrete work in the New Zealand, Australia and Fiji.

 Tony holds a degree in Civil Engineering and has impressive knowledge in the fields of computing and IT.  He has written our estimating programme and developed our surveying / CAD capabilities.
