Roles and Responsibilities :
Scott, in his role as Managing Director, is responsible for the overall running and performance of Ching Contracting Ltd. As well as managing contracts, Scott takes an overview of all current contracts being undertaken by Ching Contracting and co-ordinates the allocation of resouces to ensure contracts are completed to the requirements of our clients.

Andrew currently takes a lesser role in the managing of day to day operations of Ching Contracting, coming in to manage one off contracts from time to time. Andrew now spends time looking for new opportunities for Chings Contracting to expand it's business activities into new areas.

As Ching Contracting's Business Manager, Steffan is responsible for the financial management of our business operations and management of our administration staff and activities.

As a contract manager, Tony is responsible for pricing and managing of various contracts. This role involves liaison with the client and/or engineer to the contract, pricing any additional works, programming and managing resources on site to ensure the work is completed on time, to the agreed quality standards and to budget.
In addition to contract management, Tony also overviews and manages Ching Contracting Ltd's I.T. requirements including purchasing of new computer hardware and software, website design and maintenance, in-house software development and computer trouble shooting and training.

As Ching Contracting's Health & Safety Manager, Sarah is responsible for management of our H&S procedures and systems to ensure our business operations meet the requirements of the HS&E Act.

As the Stockton Site Manager, Troy is responsible for managing Ching Contracting's day to day operations at Stockton Mine. This role involves liaison with the client (Stockton Alliance) and/or engineer to the contract, management of Ching Contractings Health and Safety obligations on site, programming and managing staff and resources on site to ensure the work is completed on time, to the agreed quality standards and budgets and assisting in pricing any additional works.
