Overview :
Construction of buried PE pipelines at three locations around the Stockton Mine site for water supply to fire fighting systems.
Specific Scope :
- Supply, weld, excavate, bed, backfill and compact 412m of DN160 PE pipelines.
- Supply, weld, excavate, bed, backfill and compact 29m of DN125 PE pipelines.
- Supply, weld and install 260m of DN110 PE pipelines.
- Supply, weld, excavate, bed, backfill and compact 145m of DN90 PE pipelines.
- Supply, weld, excavate, bed, backfill and compact 139m of DN75 PE pipelines.
- Supply, weld, excavate, bed, backfill and compact 29m of DN50 PE pipelines.
- Supply and weld 171 electrofusion couplers (DN160-DN50).
- Install 11 fire hydrant assemblies.
- Foundation preparation and construction of concrete floor slab for two steel water supply reservoir tanks.
- Supply, excavate, bed, backfill and compact 65m of 375Ø RCRRJ Class Z concrete pipe.
- Supply, excavate, bed, backfill and compact 104m of 450Ø RCRRJ Class Z concrete pipe.
- Supply, install and fit out precast concrete valve chamber.
- Supply and installation of air valves and valving to pipelines as required.
- Traffic management on mine main haul road.
- Pressure testing of all pipelines.
